FIELD TRIP BUS REQUEST (link for staff only)
*Bus request must be at least 4 weeks in advance. We highly encourage you to call our office to guarantee there are buses available for the date of your request.
To request and reserve buses for field trips, extra-curricular activities, shuttles, tutorials and or after-school programs, please submit request by clicking link below:
*Note: this electronic bus request enables the Transportation Department to better manage its bus fleet, and is strictly for the use of this department.
*All routes transporting students to and from school run between the hours listed below. Any request during these times will be denied due to routes taking priority. Drop-off and pick-up arrangements will be considered depending on the number of buses being requested and their destination.
Morning Routes After School Routes
6:00 am - 8:30 am 3:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Buses returning from day trips, must return to San Benito at 2:15 PM. in order to arrive on time for their after school routes.
*Account # field must contain a 6494 # in order for transportation to approve. (No account, no bus)
How much will my field trip cost?
- Regular bus fee $3.50 per mile driven per entire trip.
- SPED bus fee $3.73 per mile driven per entire trip
