5-Year Strategic Plan

The four goals will include:

1. Ensure academic excellence by providing innovative, high-quality learning environments that prepare every student for success in college, career, or military service.

2. Build a high-performing, compliant, and supportive workforce.

3. Improve public relations, communications, and community engagement skills.

4. Implement transparent and efficient business and finance processes that guarantee equitable resource allocations and operational sustainability.

 

The strategic plan includes the SBCISD acronym, which embodies the district values.

During the 2025-2026 fiscal year, we will concentrate on, communicate, and synchronize our district offerings utilizing the Five-Year Strategic Plan.

 

With the support of our staff, parents, families, and community stakeholders, we will deliver the Gold Standard Level of Service to all San Benito CISD students.
