  San Benito CISD district leaders encourage students to stay ahead of the learning curve–even when school lets out for summer! The goal this is to have participating students and community members read 5,000 books this summer. Through the use of Kindle Fire devices, participants will be able to access more than 6,000 digital books, thanks to a partnership with MyOn Reader, an on-line digital library from Capstone books.

  NJROTC held an awards ceremony where school staff, district leaders and special guests recognized top cadets for their academic honors and other distinguished accomplishments. Besides being recognized for their academic accomplishments, cadets received recognition for their local, state and national awards based on their community service involvement and leadership abilities.
