Security Work Orders/ Access Agreement

 
PLEASE READ BELOW FOR WORK ORDER REQUESTS
 (PLEASE FLAG ALL WORK ORDERS AS HIGH IMPORTANCE)
 
 
EFFECTIVE 10/3/23 YOU MUST ENTER A WORK ORDER WHEN REQUESTING SERVICE FOR SECURITY ALARMS,ACCESS CONTROL (DOOR CARDS),SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (CAMERAS/QUOTES), AND RADIO QUOTES
 
WORK ORDER FORMS CAN BE FOUND UNDER THE DISTRICT FORMS SECTION OR OUR DEPARTMENT WEB PAGE FORM SECTION 
 
ALL WORK ORDERS MAY BE SUBMITTED BY THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, MAIN OFFICE DESIGNEE, PRINCIPAL, OR DIRECTOR

When sending your email please make sure to indicate on subject what the work order is for along with the campus or department.
 
(Examples: Subject: Dr. Cash Access Control/Miller Jordan Security Alarm/High School Surveillance System)
 
Security Alarm- Please provide staff name/position/you are requesting an alarm code.
 
Access Control- Please provide staff name/position/employee #/ and indicate if staff is transferring to your campus with an existing card or need a new card assigned to them.
 
ACCESS CARDS- ANY ALL DISTRICT ACCESS MUST BE SENT TO THE OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT FOR APPROVAL
 
PLEASE MAKE SURE CAMPUS ADMINISTRATORS OR DIRECTORS ARE NOTIFIED OF ANY LOST/STOLEN/OR DAMAGED ACCESS CARDS ASAP.
 
BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY WORK ORDERS PLEASE MAKE SURE ADMINISTRATORS OR DIRECTORS SIGN OFF ON THE WORK ORDER AND YOU CC: THEM AS WELL.
