Response to Intervention

Response to Intervention (RTI) is a method of academic intervention used to provide early, systematic assistance to children who are having difficulty learning.   

We do this by:  

• Identifying our at risk students with a universal screener
• Providing research based interventions in the area of Academics and Behavior
• Monitoring student progress
• Adjusting the intensity of the interventions

The primary focus of our RTI model is early intervention to prevent long-term academic failure.
