Paper Orders-UPDATED 03/25/2024
Paper is to be requested form the Skyward requisition process.  Use the Vendor called "Paper Inventory".
 
Once paper requisition goes through the approval process with final approval from the Purchasing Department, please email a copy of the approved purchase order to Jany Barbosa and she will scheduled the paper for delivery.
 
The only paper items available for purchase are the following:

Order limits per requisition:
  • High School/VMA: 100 cases
  • Middle Schools: 40 cases
  • Elementary Schools: 20 cases
 
 
Paper Delivery
Delivery of paper will be limited to Thursday's each week.  Please make sure to order paper in a timely manner.  If the requisition is approved by the Purchasing Department by Monday your paper order will be scheduled for the upcoming Thursday delivery.  If the schedule is full for the upcoming Thursday, paper will then be pushed back to the following Thursday.  Again, please make sure to request paper in a timely manner.  
 
Once the paper is delivered; sign & date the purchase order copy for confirmation of delivery. Submit to Irma Corkill at the Business Office for payment & processing.
