Mail System - Internal-Revised 08/07/2019

As per Policy CPAB Local:

The District mail system for delivering items between District buildings shall not be available for use other than official school business. With the permission of the Superintendent or designee, internal mailboxes at an individual campus may be used by campus employees and school-sponsored or school support groups affiliated with that campus. As per Policy CPAB Legal:

An officer or employee of a district may not knowingly use or authorize the use of an internal mail system for the distribution of political advertising. This prohibition does not apply to the use of an internal mail system to distribute political advertising that is delivered to the premises of the district through the United States Postal Service.
