Eligible Students: Persons residing within the Texas Counties of Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy who are enrolled in high school, vocational school or college anytime from July 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021. Person does not need to be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered eligible.
