PR director visits Frank Roberts Elementary

During the November session of the Hornets Service Corp., Luis Gonzales, Jr., highlighted two key character values—thankfulness and politeness—by encouraging Frank Roberts Elementary Kindergarten students to reflect on them.

The session started with students sharing ways they are thankful to their families, teachers, and peers. They were then engaged when Mr. Gonzales read them "The Duckling Gets A Cookie" by Mo Willems, emphasizing that demonstrating politeness can lead to positive outcomes. After the activity, the students enjoyed their cookie treats. Mr. Gonzales mentioned, “The students were outstanding, showing attention and engagement during the activity. This experience reinforces my confidence that the Frank Roberts Elementary Kindergarten students are on track to develop good manners and make the most of all the learning opportunities provided by the Hornet Service Corp. this year. They are looking forward to December and eager to learn what I have to share.”
