Student Support Services

The Director of Student Support Services will oversees the functions and procedures required for maintaining efficient and effective student services, i.e. maintaining and updating the Student Code of Conduct, serve as Hearing Officer for student due process of DAEP placements and expulsions, hear formal Level II student/parent grievances and informal complaints advancing beyond the campus level.  This role requires effective conflict resolution skills with all stakeholders along with the ability to respond appropriately to situations that could impair the teaching/learning process or could threaten safety and well being of students and staff.  The Director conducts crucial conversations with stakeholders in order to maintain or create a positive school climate.
