2024: 06/18/24 ACE Summer Boxing

Students interested in the sport of boxing are having a great time during this summer’s San Benito CISD ACE Afterschool Program boxing classes. Boxing is not only an entire body workout, but also a fun way to release stress in a safe and healthy way. Participants are learning the importance of setting their stance and using proper breathing techniques when practicing basic boxing moves and punches – jab, cross, hook, and uppercut.
