SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS:
The superintendent is the chief executive officer of the district
and is responsible for the effective execution of Texas education
codes and policies adopted by the local Board. The superintendent
is responsible for the administration of all district operations
and assigns personnel responsibilities.
BUSINESS MANAGER:
The business manager oversees the financial and business operation
of the district which includes risk management, transportation,
nursing service, accounting, purchasing, and tax collection.
ASST. SUPERINTENDENT OF CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION:
The Asst. Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction oversees
the curriculum and instruction programs for elementary and
secondary schools and functions as the liaison between the
superintendent and campus principals.
